• Storage Quota Each mailbox has a storage limit based on your plan. You can view and adjust your storage limit via the OnePoundEmail client area by upgrading or downgrading.
• Email Forwarding Automatically forward incoming emails to another address.
• Access Methods Access your emails via webmail or your favourite email client using POP3 or IMAP.
• Daily Backups Your emails are backed up daily so you can restore lost messages if needed.
• Spam Filtering Advanced spam protection is enabled to keep unwanted messages out of your inbox.

Billing & Payments

• Simple Pricing Plans are priced simply and transparently, starting at £1 per month.
• Upgrades & Downgrades You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
• Renewals Plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payment Methods We support PayPal subscriptions for easy recurring billing.
