Logging In
To access the control panel:
- Visit panel.onepound.email.
- Select your server from the dropdown - choose whichever server your account is on:
- Everest
- Fusion
- Safari
- Enter your DirectAdmin username and password.
- Click Sign In.
Not sure which server you're on? Check your original welcome email from OnePoundEmail - it will confirm your server name.
What's in the Panel
Once logged in, the sidebar on the left gives you access to everything you need to manage your email account.
- Dashboard An at-a-glance overview of your account - mailboxes, storage usage, domains, and recent activity.
- Domains View and manage the domains associated with your account.
- Email Accounts Create, delete, and manage mailboxes. Change passwords and monitor storage quotas.
- Email Forwarders Set up forwarding rules to redirect incoming mail from one address to another, including catchall configuration.
- Email Clients Find the connection settings you need to configure your email client or mobile device - IMAP, SMTP, and POP3 details.
- Spam Filters Manage SpamAssassin settings for your domain, including spam score thresholds and subject tagging.
- DNS View your domain's DNS records including MX, SPF, and DKIM entries to verify your email authentication setup.
- SSL Certificates View SSL certificate status for your domain and associated services.
- Advanced Access additional settings and tools for more advanced account management.
Accessing Webmail
To access your emails directly in the browser, visit webmail.mxroute.com. This is separate from the control panel and lets you read, send, and manage your emails without needing an email client.
