Not Receiving Emails
If you are not receiving emails in your OnePoundEmail account, try the following:
1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Very rarely, some legitimate emails may end up in spam. Check these folders to make sure the email wasn’t filtered there before moving on to the remaining suggestions.
2. Verify Your Email Quota
If your mailbox is full, new emails may be rejected. Log in to your control panel and check your mailbox storage. If it's full, you can easily remove emails from your webmail or third party client or upgrade your package in the OnePoundEmail client area.
3. Confirm MX Records
Make sure your domain’s MX records are correctly set and fully propagated. Incorrect or missing MX records prevent emails from being delivered.
4. SPF and DKIM Setup
Improper SPF or DKIM settings can cause emails to be rejected or marked as spam. Verify your DNS records are set up properly for SPF and DKIM.
5. Check Email Forwarding and Filters
If you have set up forwarding or filters, ensure they are not redirecting or deleting emails.
6. Test with Different Sender
Try sending an email to your address from a different email to confirm if the issue persists.
7. Contact Support
If the issue continues, contact support with more details.
