Upgrades and Downgrades

You can upgrade or downgrade your email hosting plan at any time from your account.

Upgrading Your Plan

• You’ll be billed pro-rata, meaning you only pay the difference in price for the rest of your billing cycle, rather than having to pay for a full billing period at once.
• Your billing cycle stays the same, and the upgrade takes effect immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan

• You’ll receive a credit for the difference in price, added to your account.
• The new plan will also start on your usual billing date.

We aim to keep this process simple and flexible. If you need help, please reach out to our support team. If you wish, you can also change your cycle and pre-pay for a custom period.
