Common Login Issues
If you’re having trouble logging into your OnePoundEmail or DirectAdmin account, here are some common issues and how to resolve them.
1. Incorrect Username or Password
- Double-check your username and password for typos.
- Passwords are case-sensitive.
- If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it.
Please note: If you copied your credentials from your welcome email, please ensure no additional characters are added. You can do this by pasting into notepad and comparing.
2. Account Locked or Disabled
- Multiple failed login attempts may temporarily lock your account.
- Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact support to unlock your account.
3. Browser Issues
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try logging in with a different browser or incognito/private mode.
4. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Problems
- Make sure your 2FA device is synced to the correct time.
- If you lost your 2FA device, contact support for recovery options.
5. Network or Firewall Restrictions
- Check if your network or firewall is blocking the login page or port.
- Try logging in from a different network or device.
